A memo from the first junior assistant undersecretary to the principal minister of DisInformation reissued by the third clerk, Communication Logistics Internal correspondence interval monitoring division after extensive revision by the procedure review board secondary administrative apprentice.

1. Suspend all activity until ------- convenes a preliminary

hearing to select a panel that will appoint a commission

authorized to hire a secondary team of experts to restudy the

feasibility of compiling an index of all ***censor 4***  that have

previously inventoried and catalogued former policy position

papers on methods and procedures for implementing decisions.

2. With this index, reconvene all ***censor 4.1*** that have not

reached any decision.  Forward all relevant materials pertaining

to the reason a decision has not been made on form --T.B.D.------

- to the ***censor 4.2*** effectiveness review board.

2.a) Any ***censor 4.3*** that has reached a decision is to be

disbanded and its members re-allocated.  All relevant materials

relating to the investigations, findings and policy position

papers (if any) as well as all ***censor 4.4*** memoranda are to

be replicated and distributed to the following groups: Memoranda

Review Board, Selective Dissemination Group, and Classification

Division.

      Authorization is hereby granted by the minister of DisInformation to the document retrieval group to confirm or deny queries from Field Operations regarding the compositional elements of the Team Attributes List Profile (a document hyper textually referenced en toto. [slev .034]}) of the so called "first team of experts" who were allegedly studying the feasibility of compiling an index mentioned in section 1. of "A memo from the 1JAUPMD reissued by the 3C ComLogIntCoreDiv rev 3.2 ProcRevBd 2 amapp" referenced en toto EXCLUDING this {r e c u r s i o n * p o i n t}

The declassification of Team composition and attributes list is NOT PERMITTED. A description of activities or qualifications of individuals, groups or technical requirements to accomplish said activities are NOT TO BE DISCLOSED in any written or verbal communications under penalty of mandatory security review and subsequent mandatory termination.  Field Operatives attempting to identify or disclose the findings (if any) of the alleged "first team of experts" risk undermining the very existence of the Ministry of DisInformation and will be dealt with accordingly in a most predjucial manner after a series of reviews and summary judgments are reached by the Internal Affairs Judicial Review Tribunal regarding this matter (if any)  

      Procedural irregularities, including the revision and dissemination of this memo will be catalogued and rectified by the Document Control Group Procedural Investigative section.
